Patrick walked us through the whole process of selecting and installing a new metal roof on our home and we have been delighted with every step of the process. We LOVE our new roof- it is beautiful and the installers were meticulous with every aspect of the work. But Patrick was truly outstanding in the customer service, answering questions (yes, I had a few) and responding to each concern. I HIGHLY recommend Music City Roofers (we could not find another company who could install a standing seam metal roof at the price and with the quality we wanted) and I encourage you to ask for Patrick when you call. You will not be disappointed.

When it comes to dealing with money, you want to know you are being taken care of, so I wanted to share some feedback about William in the billing department. William was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had A LOT of questions, especially about the deductible. The billing department as a whole operated both efficiently and effectively, and I comfortably understood where my money was going and why. If transparency is important to you, Music City Roofers is the way to go because their billing department is doing it right.

Kristopher and Music City Roofers did an incredible job helping us through the process of replacing our roof. They were never pushy or aggressive as the stereotype might be for a salesman. They presented us options and would ask for what our opinions or thoughts were. Kris went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process from inspection to insurance and quotes to the final repair. He also took the extra step and helped us through the process of replacing our gutters across the entire house, even showing up with a ladder himself to take additional photos of the damage to make recommendations to the insurance company. Music City Roofers were extremely timely and got our entire roof and gutter replacement done ahead of schedule. The final product was more than worth it and the results speak for themselves in terms of quality and customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Riley and everyone I have dealt with at Music City Roofers. They have been extremely professional, personable, went way above and beyond and made the roof replacement process enjoyable…words I never thought I would say about having to replace my roof. No need to look further if you are shopping around. They will take care of you like family and pride themselves in quality work. I’ve seen neighbors go with different companies and brag about having their deductible “covered by the roofing company,” but it’s easy to see why when that company failed to install code items and took shortcuts. Riley, Valerie and team were outstanding to work with throughout the entire roof installation process. From pre-work to job completion he and team were professional, punctual, attentive, informative, and thorough. Home Improvement projects can sometimes be stressful and drawn out, but the consistent communication, answers to my questions and updates from Riley and team as the project progressed put all of those worries to rest. I’ve already shared his contact information with our neighbors across the street and will continue to share with friends and family as their needs arise. I know who I will be contacting for all future roofing needs!

Riley and Valerie came out to our home for a roof inspection and repair work. In my experiences, it is rare to come across such humble, honest, meticulous, and thorough individuals. From beginning to end, our experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. The work to be done was very well laid out/explained and the repair work itself was completed in less than a week from the initial visit, which was so important with rain concerns. After the work was completed, I had Riley come back out to inspect a minor visual concern, but he was able to clearly show me it was an issue with the build of the home itself, nothing related to the work his crew performed. It was also very nice to have that final peace of mind to have him take a close look at the repair work his crew did to ensure there were no concerns and that the work was completed to his expectation. Riley also took a great deal of time talking to me after the repair was completed about planning for the future of our roof and things to consider for when additional work will inevitably come years down the road. All of this to say? If you have roof needs and value a crew that dots every i and crosses every t, you will be hard pressed to do better than Riley and the Music City Roofers crew. A+!

Recently had our roof repaired and William in the billing department was super helpful and informative with the whole process. He helped get our roof approved with insurance within a day and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Definitely will be using MCR for future roof repair!

It’s so amazing that I heard of Music City Roofers from one of my friends. I called them to schedule an inspection. Trace got here on time. He stopped by and checked my roof thoroughly. He explained everything to me in details, and took some photos to show me the little damage. He told me I don’t need to do anything right now. They are very honest and professional, not like another roofer I used before.. That guy just wanted to steal money from you and he tricked me to think we have a lot of damage on my roof. Anyway, I will highly recommend Music City Roofers to my friends and everyone who needs an professional and honest roofer.

Trace and Spence came out to my house today, inspected my roof, found my leak, and it was a minor fix so they took care of it! Very professional, prompt and I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any future needs.

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Music City Roofers. Joe and Jumper came by our home today after we discovered a large hole in our attic. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They quickly identified the issue and were able to help resolve the issue at what I am sure was the end of their day. Jumper even showed us images of the damage and their repair. I cannot recommend Music City Roofers enough – they are honest, they were prompt and very professional.

Kristopher and team knew exactly the right words to say to Allstate to get them to pay for my roof replacement. It needed way too many new shingles for spot repair to make sense, but Allstate’s first claim decision with another roofer was repair only. After we didn’t hear back from the first roofer or Allstate, Kristopher and team came in, further documented the damage, and called and emailed Allstate on my behalf. Music City Roofers always showed up on time, and the replacement was completed by a great crew in one day with minimal fuss. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. The crew left the yard and driveway spotless at the end of the day, and Music City Roofers retrieved leftover shingles the very next day. Highly recommend. (Edited to add: Kristopher was respectful of COVID guidelines and wore a mask inside my home when we were discussing and signing agreement. Important to me due to asthma.)

From the initial roof inspection with BRENT through the completion of the roof replacement yesterday with JOEY, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and responsiveness! Brent bent over backwards to insure that everything was addressed properly with my insurance company and worked with me through every step. Hopefully, both my neighbors will soon be using MCR for their roof replacements, too!

Trace and Nick from Music City Roofers met me to review with me my storm claim on my rental property that had been rejected by my insurance. These guys were awesome! On time, very courteous, and went above and beyond explaining to me the issues with my roof as well as everything that would be required to fix it. They even noticed that my tenant works as a roofer and discussed with both of us everything that should be done to ensure a proper new roof is installed to last correctly in case I decided to use a different roofer. It was clear that their priority was that I ended up with a good quality roof that will last for years, regardless of who I chose to install. I will likely use my tenant to do the job as it is his house and he can do it for me cheaper, but thanks to them I will know exactly what to look for and can be sure I have a good quality roof. If you are looking for great quality roofers (and you or your tenant don’t happen to be roofers) look no further!
