Trace and Nick from Music City Roofers met me to review with me my storm claim on my rental property that had been rejected by my insurance. These guys were awesome! On time, very courteous, and went above and beyond explaining to me the issues with my roof as well as everything that would be required to fix it. They even noticed that my tenant works as a roofer and discussed with both of us everything that should be done to ensure a proper new roof is installed to last correctly in case I decided to use a different roofer. It was clear that their priority was that I ended up with a good quality roof that will last for years, regardless of who I chose to install. I will likely use my tenant to do the job as it is his house and he can do it for me cheaper, but thanks to them I will know exactly what to look for and can be sure I have a good quality roof. If you are looking for great quality roofers (and you or your tenant don't happen to be roofers) look no further!

He worked with us throughout every step of the way, through the insurance inspection, waited until we were ready to finally get the job done, and the roof looks great.
