After not being able to find anyone to install flashing around my chimney Troy came highly recommended and got it done quickly at good price.

Highly recommend. Troy came out within 48 hours of contacting him and kept in contact with me so I would know when to expect him. He went above and beyond in checking out areas I was worried about. I have an HOA who will be responsible for the repair but I recommended they use Top Down Roofing if our roof warranty is expired. So nice of him to come out and put my mind at ease and advise what I should do next.

Topdown was able to make it to our property faster than any company we contacted about an emergency roof leak. They were able to patch the spot with a great match to the existing roof shingles, and get it taken care of before a big spring storm hit! Would definitely hire them again.

Overall great company. There customer service is the best. They are honest. There work is top quality. They replaced my broken siding in a timely manner. They even took down the siding that was use able and mixed it in with the new so the color matched better. New siding is a lot lighter than old siding and that was explained to me when they came out for a quote. I had many companies refuse to do a small siding job that got destroyed during the tornado of 2020. Troy commented on a fb post and with in the next day I had a quote and he beat the other 6 estimates I had gotten for the job. They were able to get the job done quickly and promptly. Best part you can barely tell the new siding compared to the front and side of the home that wasn’t in need of repair. Overall I’m highly satisfied they kept me in the loop of the repairs and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it every step of the way!

They came out and looked at the roof on my barn after a storm. The roof was old and needed to be replaced. They gave me a great estimate and replaced the roof within a week. They did a great job and used quality materials. I would highly recommend them.

Troy and his crew are amazing, and so are the customer service folks who work their social media. Try came by the same day of the call for a consultation, and within a week the rook was repaired and shored up. He even checked the work after the crew finished and sent another roofer over to do a few more things to his satisfaction. They have good rates, are fair, and trustworthy.

Troy was working on a neighbor’s roof removing an ice dam and I stopped and asked him if he had time to check mine when he was finished. He was awesome! It was already late afternoon but he was able to clear my roof even after dark. Thanks to him the leak was stopped before it could cause more damage. I would not hesitate to call them in the future!
