I had a roof leak on Christmas eve , Austin from QE Restoration came right out to look at my roof. QE Restoration had my roof leak fixed before i had a response from any other roofing companies. Their price was well below what i had expected and the quality of work was second to none. I would and have already recommend QE Restoration to my neighbors.

They were a professional and courteous company throughout the procedure. An inspection was done after the job to make sure my roof was done correctly and that I was happy with the results. As well as checking my property for any debris that may have been leftover. I am very pleased with my roof!

Quoting was a breeze and he made it obvious that he was there to provide you with an honest, straight-forward estimate on our roof replacement project … other companies made it clear they wanted to take the insurance company for all they could! The whole process was explained and executed professionally, and Austin even came by the next day to perform extra cleanup work himself (the crew finished the job late into the evening). He even went so far as to caulk my windows for me when he noticed some gaps doing the final inspection. Perfect score in my books!

I called Austin and he came out that day to look at our roof. He gave us a great presentation on exactly what they would do and show us the materials that they would be using. He was able to get us done the next week. Fast and thorough. No nails left over either. In fact, knowing that we have little kids that love to run around barefoot, he came and personally rolled the house for nails again.
