Professional Roofers did a great job repairing the roof above my bay window. They had wonderful customer service and finished the repair in a very timely fashion. I am very impressed with their service.

Professional Roofers came out same day to inspect a chimney leak and they ended up being able to fix the problem on the spot. They were professional and sent me before and after photos of the repair. I will definitely call them in the future.

I can’t say enough good about this company! Jeff responded immediately when I left a message about our roof and gutter being damaged by a fallen tree. Immediately, Jeremy was dispatched to our location. A tarp was installed until the insurance rep could get out to look at the damage. Jeremy made sure to be there when the insurance rep arrived. He was very helpful and made me feel more at ease. Our roof and gutters with guard were replaced right away! Jeremy is an excellent communicator. I love this company and recommend it to everyone! My in-laws had wind damage to a few shingles after a storm. Within 24hrs of contacting Professional Roofer they made contact with me and assured me they would get the roof inspection and fixed as soon as possible. They arrived as promised and were very friendly to my in-laws. They then provided an amazing follow up email with a description of what they found and pictures of the repair. Good to see a company in 2020 that still values amazing customer service!!

Everything about this experience was completely satisfactory. We had realized we had a leaky roof and were referred to Professional Roofers by a contractor we know. Adam was on-site a few days later. He identified the source of the leak and in inspecting the roof, found several other imminent trouble spots. He photographed the problems and described the “fixes” to me. The next day, I received an estimate and it was reasonable. A few days after that, Adam returned. He completed the work and our problems are solved. I highly recommend Professional Roofers.

Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty. The warranty alone is worth investing and using Professional Roofers. I had access to the owner of the company at all times. He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question, he was more than happy to answer it for me. If you are looking for commercial work and expect the best, then I would definitely use Professional Roofers.
