Everyone I dealt with at Five Points was excellent. From our first phone call to when they left my property, they were a pleasure to deal with and did a terrific job. I like the fact they are a very established local company and I can reach back out in the future with any concerns. They took care of my property during the job, and kept me advised the whole time on what and why. Their knowledge of how to coordinate with the insurance company and oversee that aspect was a real relief. You cannot go wrong with Five Points. Hope I never need another roof, but will call them if that happens.

Five points removed and installed new roof 6+ months ago. They were professional, thorough and left the property clean. Had a couple very minor follow up issues which were quickly addressed. Have now been through heavy rains and just went through some difficult winter weather that included ice dams with no issues. Great work Five Points!

Five Points roofing handled it all from being present when my insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof to replacing it and cleaning up after they completed the project. Darcy was awesome to deal with; she provided updates, explained the estimate as well as roofing jargon, and even checked in after the roof was finished. Mike managed the project perfectly and was great to deal with and answered all our questions. They were very careful not to damage anything around the property. They also did not hound me to get their final check as I was out of town for a couple of weeks and were very patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend Five Points roofing. We love the look of our new roof. Thank you guys, you definitely delivered on your promises: quality, timeliness, value and friendliness.

Amazing experience! They were on time, very responsive and fixed the very few issues we had. They truly went above and beyond and the customer service is outstanding. I have never used a roof company as good as them. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Truly the best/ easiest roofing experience we’ve ever had. They care about their customers!

I will always pick five Points Roofing. They went above and beyond at each step of the inspection, instillation, and follow up process. Knowing we needed to replay our roof that was more than 15 year old caused us pause as we did not know how to go through the process. After talking with Darcey they quickly came out to inspect the roof. After the inspection it was clear we needed a new roof but started to get push back from our insurance company. Multiple people worked hard within Five Points Roofing and after multiple calls from Five Points, my insurance company agreed to replace the roof. This was only done after an inspector from the insurance company look at the roof with Five Points. The date was set and the roof was replaced. No hidden costs. No surprises. There was a small issue after the installation after spray paint fell off the roof on the driveway, but they did EVERYTHING to fix the issue. They came out multiple times to clean the driveway and ended up stripped off the aggregate sealer and then resealed the entire driveway. I WILL NEVER PICK ANYONE ELSE TO BE ON MY ROOF!

From start to finish this company went above and beyond to make sure that the final roof was perfect. I’ve had a lot of work done on my house, and the Five Points was the first contractor to arrive the very next day. They finished the job in less than two days and it looks amazing.

They started working around 7:00 am and finished around 3:30 pm. My new roof looks amazing! I especially love how thoroughly they cleaned the ground around my home. We got a great roof at a great price. Other roofing companies quoted us estimates that were much higher . . . $2000-$4000 higher!

We worked with Doug Price as our go between. The roofing crew were outstanding. They were here bright and early and continually were doing clean-up. We had more problems with our roof then we thought, but with Doug’s and Brian’s (project manager) help every thing was completed in a two day time period. Then a couple of guys came back a few days later and rechecked everything including another magnetic sweep. Would definitely recommend these folks to do your roofing. Ed

My roof had storm damage so it was an insurance claim. The liaison from five points lead me through each step on contacting my insurance company and following up to make sure everything had run smoothly during the process to the end of the completed install. They did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. I highly recommend this company. The company did a replacement in one day and was very thorough in cleaning up. They sent out an inspector to make sure everything was done correctly .

Five Points Roofing has forever earned our business. I work offshore with an abnormal schedule being gone 28 days at a time. Our home had significant damage due to the horrific tornadoes that came through our area March 2020 ultimately resulting in a complete replacement. From the first call we made my family and I were felt to have been made a top priority. I was due to leave town 48 hours later and Five Points Roofing went above and beyond to make sure my wife and infant were under a safe roof while I was out of town all before a penny was spent. Kyle was absolutely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He made us feel completely comfortable at all times and had answers for every question we had which seemed like a million. His knowledge is second to none. After filing the initial insurance claim he worked with my agent to get everything approved along with the much needed upgrades. The installers did an amazing job and the roof came out beautiful. They were very professional and take pride in their work as it shows. My landscaping and yard were left clean and clear of any debris. After the job was completed a very nice gentleman named Brian came out to do a final inspection and make sure we were pleased with our experience. What a great feeling to know they care enough to third party inspect the job. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I appreciate all of their hard work and you will to given the opportunity to let them show you. 5 stars for Five Points Roofing.

Darcy was our rep and her and the team installing our roof were wonderful! They even let me change plans 2 days before the installation with no complaints. I highly recommend them!

One of my shingles had flipped over. I called them up and they sent Kyle over. He looked it over, put some sealant on it, and gave me great advice. Will definitely call them every year for inspections!

This is an excellent company. The gentleman that came out to inspect our roof for possible damage was very thorough with his inspection. If you need an honest and dependable roofer, this is the company to call. They service a large area. We were very grateful that we found this company and will use them again.

Awesome group. They quickly called to help schedule an appointment and gave us very helpful information. They did not try to sell us on anything we didn’t need and I will be calling them in the future for any roofing needs.

Had some extra work to be completed (facia trim)and the team stayed late to complete. They made modifications as to prevent animals from re-entering. They corrected an issue with the original builder. Good job guys.

Five Points did a great job, always on time and everyday cleaned up the yard. Respected the rules on noise within the neighborhood. Kept me informed on each days activity and progress. Good walk around at the end to look for any defects (there were none). I have and would highly recommend Five Points roofing.
