Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Met with Shelby, who was very informative and knowledgeable about the roof and the process that would be taking place. He came by twice after the project was complete to check on the work and to make sure is was completely satisfied. The ladies at the office were very friendly and courteous when calling to make arrangements to deliver materials. The crew showed up and straight to work, and had the old roof off in about 3 hours. They too were very helpful and friendly. They completed the roof in the same day and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. The company as a whole is a class act and I will do something I very seldom do and that is highly recommended them for your roof repairs. I have only good things to say about them.

After my call, they attended to me quickly. When they arrived, they did everything I asked. I was very pleased. They gave an estimate. The chances are very high that I will do business with them.

After a recent storm, we had a few more shingles slipping down. We were used to this due to a poor installation when the house was built (we were not here when it was being built, we found out a little over a year later). Quality RRC had been in the neighborhood last year and had done some repairs for us. They were honest, did quality work and when we needed more repairs, I remembered them. (We had agreed on a price for the repairs, but it was a bit more extensive than they originally thought, but they were going to honor the quoted price. I appreciated that, but I insisted we agree on an amount that was more fair because they went above and beyond. So when I needed a roofing company, I remembered them from last summer. Devin Flake came out, did a roof inspection and said he could repair it, but he thought that we had enough damage to warrant a replacement. I explained my concerns about the installation, and he carefully explained everything he saw up there, then asked if I minded if he brought another roof inspector over to look at it. Steve came out a few days later, and he and Devin went over every inch of the roof. They agreed we would most likely get a replacement if we filed a claim with our insurance. We filed the claim, Devin was here to walk the insurance inspector around the roof and point things out, and we were approved. Devin came back out so we could choose the style and color, and we set everything up for installation. The crew came out on a Thursday, arriving early in the morning. They quickly and quietly went about getting everything set up, asked if I had any questions, and then They moved with military precision. More rain was coming in that afternoon, and they finished just in time. The crew chief said he would be back the next morning to finish cleaning up, and sure enough, he was there just after 6 to make sure our property was as clean as when his crew first arrived. My wife and I are beyond thrilled with the installation, and the while experience overall. Every step of the way, Devin took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect next. This was our first time filing an insurance claim and our first time dealing with a major home repair, and we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Everyone we worked with was friendly, and we feel so much more comfortable knowing we have a solid, properly installed roof protecting us.

Quality RRC is my roofing company for life!! Everyone I dealt with, from start to finish, was very professional and took great care of me and my home. Steve and Kevin were super responsive, both in person and via phone. They even met my insurance adjuster at the house when he came to inspect my damage…..check was cut that day, no questions asked. They are also extremely honest. A neighbor that saw I was getting a new roof and asked Steve and Kevin to look at her roof. After inspection, they told her she did NOT have enough damage to warrant a new roof or possible insurance claim. What??? A roofing company that is actually honest about the condition of your roof……yep, that’s these guys! The install went great and my roof looks spectacular!! They did “little extras” I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated and made my roof look even better than before, like painting the thingies (the pipes and other stuff visible…..yea, I’m not in construction lol) to match the color of my roof. I have a dog and I knew having people on the roof would drive her crazy, Vickie worked with me and my schedule to do the tear off/install on a day I could arrange to have my dog out of the house. They kept me updated during the process, so there were no surprises along the way. The warranty that came with my roof is the best offered in the middle TN area. I highly recommend Steve and Kevin with Quality RRC, they make the process quick, simple and stress free!!

I got multiple bids for new metal roofing. Quality RRC was not the cheapest quote, but it was in line with other research I had done. The sales team was thorough and professional in making estimates. The installation team was EXCELLENT! Everything about them from delivery of materials to the actual work to clean up was above expectations.

RRC Roofing replaced our roof a few years ago and they were professiinal and so helpful with every aspect, including working with our insurance company. A gutter was recently torn off in a windstorm and they gave us a price quote significantly lower than our insurance company provided for the repair, which was wonderful. And, until they could get to us, Leon stopped by on a Saturday, free of charge, to pull the gutter up and put it in place until permanent repairs could be made. Our experience with this company has been nothing but great! Our contact person has been Leon and he goes above and beyond!

This company not only did an awesome job of the roof repair, but actually listened to my concerns with the corner that gets the most weather. They adjusted the repair and shored up the weak spot with no hesitation. The crew itself showed up on time, were respectfully to the property and left it looking like they haven’t even been here. I haven’t found one nail laying around! One more thing: The price of wood had gone up between the quote and work day, but they didn’t even bring up that fact and honored every thing promised! Use these fine people!
