The two man crew of father and son were courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The repair was successful. Overall, a very positive experience.

Andrew was the pointman for the replacement of my roof. Very friendly and professional and was able to help me with the insurance company along with the installation of the roof. The crew that came out were very nice, very professional and cleaned up after their work. I would use Don Kennedy roofing again. They are very good and did not exceed the estimate along with answering any questions or concerns that we had.

Don Kennedy Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up well. Our project manager Andrew Lively did a great job in coming out each day, sometimes multiple times a day to inspect the area and progress. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving. Would highly recommend this company!

Don Kennedy Roofing replaced our roof and we had an Excellent experience throughout the process! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Our roof was not in good shape and we knew that we needed to have it completely redone. Additionally, we needed to have our chimney stack taken down (not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and would need to arrange the roof replacement after the fireplace/stack project had been completed. I met with Shane who was very professional and experienced in roof inspection, roof repair and working with customers who are completely inexperienced in roof replacement. Shane was very patient, provided comprehensive information throughout the planning phases of our roof replacement and assured us that we would be very happy with the new roof. Thankfully, working with Don Kennedy Roofing was very easy because our chimney stack project did not go well (was not associated with Don Kennedy Roofing) and delays were encountered. When the day came for the new roof, the Don Kennedy Roofing Crew came as promised at 7am and the work began. Throughout the day, we were updated with their progress. I could not believe how efficient they were and I was absolutely amazed that they were able to complete the entire roof in 1 day…including immaculate cleanup! The new roof is AWESOME (Shane was right!) and we will definitely be calling Don Kennedy Roofing for any other roof repair or replacement on our other properties!

If you need roof replacement, you should definitely use Don Kennedy. Everybody I spoke with was very professional and really knowledgeable. My project lead Mr. Pat was awesome! He told me before they guys even got started that he would make sure the job was done right. The crew is as very fast and friendly. Jose had his guys together. It will be a while before I need a new roof but , I bet you know who’s replacing it. Thanks to the whole Don Kennedy team.

This is my 2nd experience with Don Kennedy roofing for gutter installation and it was just as good as the first time I used them at a prior home. Everyone was so nice and the lead installer was super kind and made sure everything was picked up so our dogs didn’t get anything they shouldn’t. When there was an issue about something not being completed to way we discussed they came out and fixed it.

I cannot recommend Don Kennedy Roofing enough. After some weather damaged our roof, they inspected, worked with our insurance company, and got it all done in a timely manner. I have to especially applaud Andrew Lively, our Project Manager. I cannot even count the amount of times he checked on the status of the work during the job, called me to update about any weather issues setting up for it, and continued to check in with us to answer any questions we might have after the job was done. I even reached out to him afterwards directly about interior referrals. He and the team went above and beyond to look out for us and to give us the best experience we could possible have with our roof trouble. If I could give 6 stars, I would! He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was professional, and identified the problem quickly. He gave me a fair price and the work was completed within a few hours. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

Don Kennedy Roofing was responsive and delivered exceptional value. I had quotes from other vendors who basically did not know what they were even trying to quote on. Shane came out, inspected the roof and provided a detailed report on what needed to be done, how it should be done and how Don Kennedy Roofing would correct our issues (from a prior vendor). Both Damien and Aaron, with whom I dealt with about my repairs were easy to work with, always returned my calls, and were totally professional. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend Don Kennedy without hesitation. They did not try to pressure me into ‘extras,’ which I totally appreciate.

Roof started leaking on a Saturday morning and they had 2 guys on it in around 2 hours. Problem located within minutes and repair completed in maybe 30 minutes. Really appreciate the quick response as it saved damage to my ceiling.

we had Don Kennedy & Co do our gutters on our last home – and so when our new home needed gutters – they were our 1st call. We had major drainage issues with our gutters and Don’s team redesigned the flow of the gutters and recommended a larger / round drainage system . It was affordable – the work was stellar – they were punctual.. we are very pleased. Highly reccomended

I purchased a new roof after a recent hail storm. My experience with the entire Don Kennedy team was great. Starting with Terry, who sold me the roof. He was knowledgeable and talked to me like a peer. I was comfortable with him right off the bat. The women in the office were polite and friendly. Then I had to work logistics with Andrew, who went above and beyond: knowledgeable, responsive and very responsible. He made sure everything was done right. Nolan, Grant, Tom, Roman, Noe and the incredible group of men who reconstructed my old flat roof, thank you! I am forever grateful for your knowledge, hard work and expert craftsmanship. And Nolan and Grant, your constant line of communication at every step of the process was a shining example of the ultimate customer service experience. Every layer of service has always been consistent and amazing, and I have had 3 years of roof issues to test all of those layers. The employees who answer the phones and schedule service and repairs are always patient, kind and calm, and they make me trust that all will be okay. Aaron and Jose handled the repairs to the point of a new roof and they treated each repair with the same care and concern as if it were their own home. Thank you to everyone for an incredible job! Don Kennedy installed a beautiful green gray slate roof. Terry Telford met me and we discussed all the options and he delivered as promised. Francisco was the slate professional and he was impressive also. Terry also gave me a skylight window at his expense.. Generous folks !
