Everyone was very thorough and professional. The work was top-notch and the clean-up superb. This is the second time we have used Bone-Dry and have been very satisfied both times. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience with my roof repair. It took some time for them to get to my for an inspection due to a recent hail storm, but after Bryce completed the inspection, he had a team to my house in just 4 days. The work is top notch — looks so good I almost wish I needed a grand new roof so I knew it had their quality work throughout!

Bone Dry did a great job on replacing our roof & chimney. All aspects of the job went very well from initial inspection & quote (Matt) to roof replacement (Saul & his team). We were impressed with the work efforts of all team members & the job clean-up. On the chimney, Randy & his team also did a great job. They replaced the chimney from the roof up & it looks beautiful. They followed up the next day with finishing touches & clean-up. Great work! We felt the communication with the various teams was exceptional. While we didn’t get to meet them, we were kept informed on progress by Kelly & Joe on various aspects of the two projects. We received continuous photo updates of all work that was coordinated by the job supervisors & other members within the organization. A final follow-up was done by Grant who also reviewed all of the completed work. He listened carefully to our comments & was very thorough in examining the work. Great job all of you! We are not just happy with your work, but especially in the way you professionally conducted yourselves! We would refer you to others in a heartbeat!

Marco and his team worked tirelessly on our very large roof project. They arrived early and stayed late to ensure they would complete the job on schedule. They were extremely professional, protected the trees and plants around our house and left my lawn spotless! I would HIGHLY recommend Bone Dry.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job; from inspecting our roof, working with insurance adjusters, and correcting errors in the insurance inspection report, which made all the difference in getting our roof and gutters replaced with the same quality shingles we had. The construction supervisor kept us abreast of the work every step of the job, from taping off the safe area, securing with protection our garage doors, our windows, our lawn furniture and plants. He let me know when to expect the crew to arrive and when they would depart. They advised and sent pictures of their progress from tearing down the roof, installing the shingles, and the final finished roof photos. They cleaned up the area and walked me around the house to ensure I was knowledgeable of their work and satisfied. They came with a large enough crew to finish the job quickly. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I am very very pleased with the work Bone Dry Roofing did on my house. Everything they promised me during the tear off and installation of my new roof was great. Extraordinarily crew. Prompt, adept, hard working, friendly and funny without wasting time. The project was completed hours earlier than expected. Cleanup was… well, it was so thorough I wanted to hire them to take on weekly housekeeping! Roof looks great and previous leaks on the porch have ceased entirely. A few issues with scheduling due to weather, but that is to be expected. Excellent experience. Kept me informed of progress throughout the day, even sending pictures of work. Manager came by the next day to inspect the work himself, and sent video of inspection. Highly recommend.

I just completed three projects with Bone Dry: new roof, attic insulation, and gutter guards. The roofing project included all new decking on the house, which they replaced much quicker than expected. Between the roof, new decking, improved attic ventilation, and the insulation, I feel like I have a brand-new house now! This company is beyond impressive. Bone Dry has an excellent reputation in our neighborhood and now I know why. They kept me informed on everything throughout the entire process. They used technology to let me see the progression of the roof installation. They completely protected my house and garden while scraping. They lived up to their reputation and fulfilled my expectations. I fully recommend them for a professional installation of a new roof — and who doesn’t want to know their roof work was done professionally.

Excellent communication through the entire process from scheduling, material delivery, crew arrival, install expectations, post-install documentation and so on. Install crew was courteous, respectful of protecting hone during the removal/install process. Spent an extraordinary amount of time cleaning up debris and locating stray nails upon completion. On-site Bone Dry supervisor stayed through the entire process and made sure the job was completed to the highest standards. No question, I’d HIGHLY recommend!

I was being led around in circles by my insurance company’s demands for varying documentation which was then deemed non-adequate. Jack Pollard contacted the insurance reps and managed to get them to accept the documentation. He must be the “insurance whisperer” and he has eased my anxiety over this. The roof has not been repaired yet but I have no doubts that it will be a professional jab. Thanks, Jack, for all your help.
