Assurance Restoration & Roofing

For 13 years, Brandon Adams was proud to serve as a Hendricks County Sheriff’s Deputy. After being involved in a serious car accident while on duty, however, he was forced to retire from the job he loved. Thankfully, he had a second career waiting in the wings — one he had been training for since he was 13 years old.

“In junior high, I started working during the summer as an apprentice framing houses and doing trim work,” Adams says.

With so much construction experience under his belt, it was the perfect career to transition into full-time following his retirement from law enforcement. In June 2019, he opened Assurance Restoration & Remodeling with his wife Heather.

“I handle everything in the field. She handles everything in the office,” he says.

As a general contractor, Adams can tackle everything from flood and fire restoration projects to bathroom and kitchen remodels.

“If people have storm damage or need insurance work done, we come in and take care of all that for them,” explains Adams, noting that his clients appreciate how seamlessly he works with insurance companies.

“Insurance claims can be complicated if people don’t know the verbiage,” Adams adds. “I work with the insurance company instead of against them — making sure everyone involved is on the same page.”

Adams provides prompt, professional service by making himself accessible to his clients at all times.

They were great from start to finish. They did a free roof estimate, worked with my insurance company and set up a claim, resulting in an amazing new roof. I also got gutter guards and my house pressure washed. The interactions were hassle free, the attention to detail and adequacy of the overall product were great, not to mention the crews wonderful personalities. So glad I met these guys and I plan on using them for any future roofing and restoration needs.

Assurance Restoration & Roofing team came to my house on time and inspected the roof yesterday. They is a very professional and friendly and did a few small repairs on site. I have tried hard to get someone to help me with no luck until team came. I am grateful for help and strongly recommend him and his company for any roof repair needs.

I want to congratulate you on the wonderful job you did on our roof. The look of the finished product is fantastic! What I liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Your quote was what we paid and Jacob took the time to explain what was needed and why, and answered all of my questions. The communication was stellar. If I sent Jacob a message, he responded within minutes. I have no reservations about recommending you to anyone, Have them call me!”

The service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Storm Guard was out to inspect my roof within 24 hours of first contact. They explained the issue very well and walked me through various options. Definitely impressed and highly recommend them.
