Ryan and his crew have now done several roofs for my real estate team’s clients. Each has found that he had the best value out there and I have been happy about how he kept us up to date on the progress of the work and left the sites clean afterwards. They even worked on one of my client’s roof well into the after dark hours to complete the work on time.

We purchased a home that ended up needing a new roof. We got a couple of bids and decided to go with American Roofing Company and couldn’t be happier! Ryan was very straightforward on the bid. I ended up originally picking him because I did not feel pressure like some of the larger companies. Ryan and his crew were very friendly and were easy to work with. We have dogs and they always made sure to close the gate and pickup anything that could be harmful for our kids as the job went along. Now that the job is complete it looks amazing! The roof looks better than I could of imagined and the price was more than fair for the work that was done. I highly recommend getting a bid before you commit to another company!

Our roof was damaged in a January wind storm, Ryan was great, returned my call set up an appointment gave me his estimate “out of 3 estimates his wasnt the lowest but he took the time to explain what needed to be done, how it would be done” showed up with his work crew removed the damage, installed new under layment, new shingles completly cleaned up after them selves and it was like the roof was never damaged.
