I'm writing this review even though I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet. I had made an apt using the site Angie's List and within 24 hrs, had a text and email asking me about what services we would be needing. We set the appointment up with Matt. Matt was very courteous and very pleasant to speak with. He also said my last name correctly which does not happen very often! Matt was very accommodating and was flexible with scheduling our appointment since my fiance doesn't get home until 5:30 close to 6 in the evening. Unfortunately 2 hours close to our appointment time I had to cancel due to a death in the family. Matt was very supportive and sincere when he offered his condolences. I felt that Matt went above and beyond most companies I've dealt with or even worked for in the past. AND OUR family hasn't even spent a dime with them yet. If their work is anything like their customer service is then Wow!! Seriously Wow!
