The sales team were great guys. They called and let me know when they thought they would arrive and showed up when expected. They thoroughly inspected my roof and explained everything. We ended up going with the fiberglass shingles and added ridge vents. The work crew called a couple of a couple of days later to set up a date for install. The materials were dropped off on the afternoon of the day before the installation was scheduled. The crew arrived and we're hard at work by 8:00. At 3:00, they had finished with the work and had everything cleaned up. Since completion, I have had a few calls and emails from the company checking to make sure that we are satisfied. Other than having to add another bill to pay, this was a great experience with Erie.
