I was being led around in circles by my insurance company's demands for varying documentation which was then deemed non-adequate. Jack Pollard contacted the insurance reps and managed to get them to accept the documentation. He must be the "insurance whisperer" and he has eased my anxiety over this. The roof has not been repaired yet but I have no doubts that it will be a professional jab. Thanks, Jack, for all your help.
