QE Restoration Representative Hector was at my place that very day. Everything was explained in detail and to my understanding, this put me at ease as this was my first new roof. With the color and type of shingle picked out the job was completed that week! The care taken to ensure no old shingle and/or roofing nail was left around the house impressed me.
