They presented us options and would ask for what our opinions or thoughts were. Kris went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process from inspection to insurance and quotes to the final repair. He also took the extra step and helped us through the process of replacing our gutters across the entire house, even showing up with a ladder himself to take additional photos of the damage to make recommendations to the insurance company. Music City Roofers were extremely timely and got our entire roof and gutter replacement done ahead of schedule.
