Five Points did a great job, always on time and everyday cleaned up the yard. Respected the rules on noise within the neighborhood. Kept me informed on each days activity and progress. Good walk around at the end to look for any defects (there were none). I have and would highly recommend Five Points roofing.

Brad and his crew were amazing. They went above and beyond replacing the roof and gutters. They even repaired a spot where a squirrel had gained entry into the attic. Definitely recommend this company.

Every layer of service has always been consistent and amazing, and I have had 3 years of roof issues to test all of those layers. The employees who answer the phones and schedule service and repairs are always patient, kind and calm, and they make me trust that all will be okay. Aaron and Jose handled the repairs to the point of a new roof and they treated each repair with the same care and concern as if it were their own home. Thank you to everyone for an incredible job! Archer's service representative Tom G. came to my home to repair the attic fan and performed a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and completed the work in a professional manner. It's very hard to get good contractors who pay attention to details and Tom certainly exceeded my expectations. Tom is certainly a valued asset to Archer, and would recommend him and Archer Exteriors to my neighbors needing any exterior work.

We purchased a home that ended up needing a new roof. We got a couple of bids and decided to go with American Roofing Company and couldn’t be happier! Ryan was very straightforward on the bid. I ended up originally picking him because I did not feel pressure like some of the larger companies. Ryan and his crew were very friendly and were easy to work with. We have dogs and they always made sure to close the gate and pickup anything that could be harmful for our kids as the job went along. Now that the job is complete it looks amazing! The roof looks better than I could of imagined and the price was more than fair for the work that was done. I highly recommend getting a bid before you commit to another company!

We are the largest liquor in Tennessee and were having roof leaks in several locations. We had gotten 4 quotes and MidSouth Construction comparatively by far was the best. We had to completely replace the roof due to issues. Thanks to Jake and Mike the replacement went seamlessly. They were actually able to get the materials in to do the project a month earlier than anticipated. The entire project took less than a week. Amazing service, extremely professional and each day they would come and give me a report on how everything was going and what they had accomplished that day. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone wanting any kind of repairs.

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Music City Roofers. Joe and Jumper came by our home today after we discovered a large hole in our attic. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They quickly identified the issue and were able to help resolve the issue at what I am sure was the end of their day. Jumper even showed us images of the damage and their repair. I cannot recommend Music City Roofers enough - they are honest, they were prompt and very professional.

First of all Mark was great, we had wind damage and wit very little money out of pocket,, we had a new beautiful roof. His guy where very respectful, and cleaned everything up .Ill sure be using these guys again in the future.

J&M Roofing provided excellent, professional service by initially evaluating our cedar shake roof following a storm when we found cedar planks on ground. They suspected wind damage, then worked with our insurance for evaluation and the claims process. Lee was very professional and communicative. Instead of replacing with same cedar shake, we upgraded to metal roof, increasing home value, decreasing roof maintenance. Highest of recommendations to J&M Roofing.

Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty. The warranty alone is worth investing and using Professional Roofers. I had access to the owner of the company at all times. He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question, he was more than happy to answer it for me. If you are looking for commercial work and expect the best, then I would definitely use Professional Roofers.

This contact and company is a responsive, reliable, dependable and trustworthy resource for roofing needs. We used them this December for full roof shingle & gutter replacement and they delivered on every aspect of what they promised. Lets hope you do not need them but if you do, you can depend on them. They also will come out and do a free roof inspection when you would like. Ask for John!

We hired them to replace my inlaws' roof that was damaged in the Ice Storm of 2021. They were able to work with our schedule for an estimate. They came with the best estimate. They were wonderful to work with on all levels. The crew was wonderful and polite. They worked quickly and. efficiently. They even blew out the leaves off the back patio enclosure. We would definitely hire them again.

The Superior team has been amazing from start to finish. We bought a house at the end of 2020 which we knew needed a new roof, plus new siding on the upper floor of the house. They turned around an estimate quickly and worked hard to schedule us promptly. We were able to select from lots of different materials and colors for both our roofing and siding. They were also very receptive to working concurrently with our chimney repair company. The crew was terrific; because I work from home, we saw a lot of each other! This house does not have an easy roof and the team handled it like it was nothing. Our neighbors liked them and their work so much that both sets of neighbors asked for estimates for their roofs. Most importantly, we are incredibly happy with the quality and workmanship of this roof and siding.

Cody McKinney at Roof Doctors did an excellent job facilitating our roof install. From communication with our insurance company to picking out materials, he was very helpful every step of the way. These folks were amazing! I have never experienced such professionalism in any contracting industry. They explained every detail of the job and made me feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about my job than I thought possible.

We found All Phase Guttering online. They were excellent in every way from start to finish. Jason was wonderful, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process. The two ladies at the office that I spoke with on multiple occasions at the were had very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and had a helpful spirit. And ALL the gentlemen who came out to collect the old gutters as well as install the new ones we respectful of our property and time, respectful in speech, and helpful. They look great! And we were especially pleased with the two gentlemen ( and I use that word because they were just that) who installed the new gutters. Isaiah and Jerry( I apologize if I got their names wrong, I am going off of memory) were the kind of workers you want to work for you. They were the whole package as employees, knowledgeable, respectful, kind, friendly but not invading your space and time friendly, and they were attentive. They went above and beyond to overcome one complicated obstacle as well as use a down spout scrap to form a piece to make my life easier ( that was not even their responsibility). We could not praise them enough.

I needed some flashing installed that the builder failed to install and some holes repaired in the vinyl siding. Jennifer was nice to work with and gave me a reasonable quote. Cisco did a good on the repairs and cleaned up well. Looks good as new.

They were great from start to finish. They did a free roof estimate, worked with my insurance company and set up a claim, resulting in an amazing new roof. I also got gutter guards and my house pressure washed. The interactions were hassle free, the attention to detail and adequacy of the overall product were great, not to mention the crews wonderful personalities. So glad I met these guys and I plan on using them for any future roofing and restoration needs.

I called Wes at Rackley to look at a leak we found in our building. They took the time to go over the roof with a fine tooth comb. When the leak wasn't apparent they used a garden hose to simulate rain in order to find what wasn't obvious. I will def use these folks again. Thanks.

Erie Construction installed a new fiberglass roof to our home and did a fantastic job. The inspection was thorough and very professional, detailing our needs and options. As soon as the materials were available, which was timely, they immediately scheduled the installation. The installation was done to our satisfaction and completed quickly. The clean up was also completed the same day and done well. We are very satisfied with our new roof, which looks beautiful! We highly recommend the services provided by Erie Construction.

They were a professional and courteous company throughout the procedure. An inspection was done after the job to make sure my roof was done correctly and that I was happy with the results. As well as checking my property for any debris that may have been leftover. I am very pleased with my roof!

After my call, they attended to me quickly. When they arrived, they did everything I asked. I was very pleased. They gave an estimate. The chances are very high that I will do business with them.

Austin and Taylor came to replace a damaged gutter on our building. They did a great job and were very polite!

Oftentimes, the truer mark of a good company is how they react when things don’t go according to plan. There were two issues with our installation, one was significant and the other one much easier to resolve. Both were handled as efficiently as possible, at significant cost and time to the company. The common refrain from their foreman, Michael, was that “we want you satisfied”. The bottom line was that we ARE satisfied and heartily endorse this company (and Michael) who came through even when things didn’t go as smoothly as both sides expected. THAT’S standing by their product and service!

Our overall experience with Grace Roofing Group was great. Brandi (owner) and Hunter (sales) were not only knowledgeable about all aspects involving the actual roofing services they offer, but were also very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with our insurance claim after our roof was damaged in a hail storm. The roofing crew themselves were efficient, professional, and highly skilled…completing all work in a single day. The end results were wonderful, I highly recommend Grace Roofing.
