Troy was working on a neighbor's roof removing an ice dam and I stopped and asked him if he had time to check mine when he was finished. He was awesome! It was already late afternoon but he was able to clear my roof even after dark. Thanks to him the leak was stopped before it could cause more damage. I would not hesitate to call them in the future!
